Our client, an international law firm is seeking a Corporate Assistant Solicitor/Associate to join their Manchester team.
Their Corporate group advises many of the world’s leading and emerging companies, as well as financial institutions and buyout and investment funds, on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, public and private equity and debt offerings, venture capital and private equity investments, and other transactional matters.
Candidates will possess strong academics and be at least, but not exclusively, 1 pqe. Experience ideally gained within a City, or leading regional firm.
