NQ - 3 PQE Corporate Finance Lawyer
Thriving and recession proof mid tier legal 500 firm are looking to strengthen their company commercial team by recruiting a further Corporate Finance Lawyer 0-3pqe.
You will ideally have strong academics and a proven track record in handling quality transactional work. This buoyant team are specialists in advising on all types of Corporate Finance and Private Equity transactions, from seed capital through raising growth capital to buy-outs and exit.
You will be exposed to quality work, a supportive team within a sound working environment.
This role has arisen due to further expansion.
