Finance Litigation/Professional Negligence Assistant
My client is an international law firm looking for a Finance Litigation / Professional Negligence Lawyer with strong experience in this area. Particularly working with financial institutions and other intermediaries.
The team is involved in commercial conflicts in all major jurisdictions worldwide and represents banks, finance house, factors and invoice discounters and merchant acquirers.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 2 years pqe and will have gained their relevant experience within a leading firm and strong academics is required.
